Solutions — dedicated or shared

Run your own parking,
or hand us the keys.

The choice is not where a database lives. It is who runs the operation. Both get the same platform and the same releases; what changes is whose people are on the gate on match day.

Compare White-label Dedicated You are the parking team. We give you every tool it takes and keep the platform running underneath. Full service Shared We run the parking, through our operating partner, managed by our team in the MySpot portal.
Who runs the operation Your team. Your staff on the gate, your decisions on pricing and capacity. Ours. We bring the operator, the staff and the process.
Who you call on match day Nobody — you are already there. We are on call for the platform. Us. Operations is the thing you bought.
Front end Yours, on your domain, built with the AI design assistant or the block editor. Neither needs a developer. The MySpot portal, or your branding on the shared tier.
Hardware We help you procure and specify it — terminals, scanners, signage. You own it. Provided, installed and maintained by us. Nothing to buy.
Infrastructure Managed by us in both. Nobody is asking a venue to run servers.
Day to day Your dashboard. You self-manage events, tiers, pricing and refunds. Our team does it. You get the reporting and the money.
Features The same platform and the same release. Neither tier waits for the other.
Customer data Yours, exportable on request, in both.
Merchant account Yours. Money settles to you directly. Yours, or the partner's, depending on how the operation is structured.
Suits A venue that already has a parking team and wants better tools. A venue with no parking team, or one that would rather not have one.
Cost shape A platform fee and a lower per-transaction rate. Per transaction, or a revenue share, since it includes the operation.
Platform capability is not a tier. Offline scanning at the gate, wallet passes, three card processors, the AI dashboard and agentic payments over x402 ship to both. They are how the product works, not something withheld to make an upgrade look attractive.
The white-label service

Four things, so your team can be a parking team.

Dedicated is not a hosting option with a bigger invoice. It is the set of things a venue needs in order to run its own parking well.

One

A front end you can actually change

Two ways to build it, and neither is a ticket to a developer.

The AI design assistant is the fast one. Paste your website and it reads the colours and typefaces you already use; show it a photograph, a matchday poster or a brand guideline PDF and it works from that. Describe the change you want in a sentence and it makes it.

The block editor is the precise one. Sections, images, copy, prices — drag, type, publish. No AI in the loop when you know exactly what you want and would rather just do it.

What it will not do

Rails, on purpose

Neither route can produce a page that fails a contrast check, hides the gate instructions, or restyles the payment fields. The assistant proposes tokens — colours, type, spacing — and never raw CSS, so a generated theme cannot become a defacement or an injection.

The QR renders black on white in every theme. Scanners depend on it and no palette reaches it.

Two

Hardware, procured

We specify and source the terminals, scanners and signage, and tell you what you do not need. You own the equipment outright.

Three

Infrastructure, ours

Servers, failover, upgrades, certificates and the on-call for all of it stay with us. Your team runs a car park, not a platform.

Four

The same roadmap

Every feature that reaches the shared service reaches yours in the same release. Running your own operation does not put you behind.

The full-service side

Parking, at venues that do not do parking.

Plenty of venues have a car park and no appetite for running one. Shared is the whole thing: the operator, the staff, the equipment and the software, managed by our team through the MySpot portal.

Operated

Our partner runs it

Trained staff, a defined process for gates and overflow, and one number to call when a lot fills early.

Managed

Our team, your reporting

Events, tiers, pricing and refunds handled for you. You see the same live figures we do.

Portable

Anywhere there is a surface

A field, a deck, a lot borrowed for one weekend. If a vehicle can park on it, we can sell and scan it.

How to choose

One question decides it.

Do you want to be in the parking business? A venue with a team that knows its lots, its neighbours and its worst Saturday should keep that and take the tools. A venue where parking is a chore nobody owns should hand it over and take the reporting.

You can change your mind. Both run the same platform on the same schema, so moving between them is a commercial conversation and a data migration — not a reimplementation. Passes already sold keep working and the codes in people's wallets do not change.

Not sure which one you are?

Tell us whether anyone on your staff currently runs the car park. That is usually the whole answer.
